He has 25 years' experience in the health care sector and has gained a unique understanding of the educational needs of health professionals to enhance numeracy skills and practice, combined with the ability to develop the educational systems to achieve this.

Norman Woolley
Norman has been closely involved in the technical development of the software through to its refinement to its present status. He has 23 years' experience of the healthcare sector and 8 years’ software development experience in both institutional and commercial environments.

Lester Lewis
Lester is our Director for Business Strategy and Marketing. He has over 30 years experience in public service and has a Masters Degree in Public Administration. He also holds a professional qualification as an Environmental Health Practitioner. Lester’s professional focus is in Leadership and change management in the context of inter-organizational collaborative activity with a particular emphasis on health and environmental sustainability issues.

Matt Brown
Matt's background lies in Graphic and Multimedia Design. He has spent several years working in the Multimedia Industry on a wide range of projects. Matt specialises in Macromedia Flash and Macromedia Authorware. Having spent time as a New Media Trainer, Matt is also well trained in the Macromedia Studio and Adobe Creative Suite product ranges.
